Agency Modro delo d.o.o. is an international agency, that operates throughout the EU. Beside the Slovene employes, there are also employees from other countries of EU and outside of EU.
Nowdays, the companies must quickly react to market demands and customer expectations. And the products are produced and performed by the people, the employees. These can be employed in a company where they work, or the company can hire them through another company, an agency, that specializes in that sort of activity. In that case, the employees are employed in the agency, and the work is performed at the customer's pemises and customer's equipment.
